Get off the sofa!

We need to do exercise to survive. If you do not do exercise you will die. Is that inflammatory enough for you? I know it is a little bit over the top but people need to be aware; exercise is good for you! You can drink all the water you want, eat as many greens and avoid as much sugar as you want but without exercise your body is likely going to suffer. Not only does exercise release endorphins which improve your mood anyway, but you burn far more calories in a day if you exercise than if you don’t, you also promote lung development, your muscles and your strength improve as well.

There are so many different kinds of exercises in the world; in addition to hundreds of sports available, you could even go for a walk to your local shop. It might only be 10 minutes away, but the 20 minute exercise at a brisk pace, even once a day, can go a long way to helping you stay healthy.
