eeth. We have, however, been brought up to believe that there are a number of steps to dental care that you have to do to maintain a good, healthy mouth and healthy teeth. But why, if our ancestors managed to keep healthy teeth, are products being forced onto us?
The reality of the situation, though, is that as our foods have gotten a lot more unhealthy. The sugar content has increased, the acids in our foods have gotten more powerful and the additives have taken what used to be healthy, natural foods and made them potentially harmful to our health. As a result our dental care has had to evolve to combat the junk that we are putting into our mouths.
