Are you still maintaining a high level of dental hygiene?

With the whole of the UK at a stand still again, many of us are finding ourselves back at home again. It may be that you have been furloughed or maybe you are still working but doing it from your home. During these times it is very easy to get complacent and not keep up our usual hygiene standards. It may be that you are just answering calls from your home in which case you may think that there is no point in getting dressed. Often brushing our teeth is something that we do when we go up to get dressed, so if we are not getting dressed for work you may forget to brush your teeth. Research also shows that we are consuming more sweet treats at the moment so this will only add to the need to brush your teeth properly.

It is important to try and keep some sort of schedule to your daily life as not only will this ensure you are more organised but it is also good for our metal health. Try and keep any dental appointments you may have and be sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day.
